Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
